- 45-minute live online sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 AM (AEST)
- Led by qualified professionals, including exercise physiotherapists, who adjust exercises to suit eachparticipant’s ability
- Includes chair-based movements, breathing techniques, core strengthening, balance training, and flexibility exercises
- Sessions are tailored to accommodate varying mobility levels, providing a safe and effective experience.
- Participants are encouraged to join as often as they like
Each participant receives a welcome kit containing:
- Therabands, adjusted to the participant’s resistance level
- Exercise ball to assist with strength and balance training
- Additional resources to enhance participation and confidence
- Unlimited access to exercise videos for added convenience
- Ideal for seniors who may need extra time to practice or catch up on missed sessions
Delivered directly to you and your loved one, providing:
- Healthy recipes tailored for seniors

The Telehealth Group Exercise Program is an 8-week online fitness program designed to help participants stay active and connected from home. Qualified trainers lead sessions that focus on improving strength, cardiovascular health, balance, mobility, and coordination.
The program is ideal for anyone wanting to improve their physical health, mobility, and social engagement, especially those who prefer to exercise from home due to health or mobility challenges.
Participants can join the live sessions using a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access. Live exercise classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 am (ACDT) or 10 am (AEDT) throughout the 8-week program.
If a session is missed, participants can access pre-recorded videos, allowing them to stay fit and active at their convenience.
Yes, the program is tailored for all abilities, including seniors and those with limited mobility. The exercises are low-impact, safe, and effective, with a focus on improving mobility, balance, and overall strength.
Participants will need a clear 2 x 2 metre space, a stable chair (a dining chair is recommended), comfortable clothing, and supportive shoes. Summit Health provides an equipment pack, including a workbook with exercises and thera-bands.
Absolutely! The sessions cater to all fitness levels, and our trainers will modify exercises to match each participant’s abilities.
Summit Health Solutions offers full technology support to help participants easily access the live sessions. The team is available to assist with any technical issues.
After completing the program, participants will still have access to recorded sessions and helpful resources. Summit Health also offers ongoing support to keep participants motivated and active.
