Meet Our Staff
Leading the Way in Quality Care

At Summit Health Solutions, we know how important it is to find care you can trust—for your clients, or someone you love. That’s why our team is made up of passionate, qualified professionals who treat every person with the same respect and compassion they'd give their own family.
Many of us have supported aging parents ourselves. We understand the challenges—and the deep desire to help someone stay safe, mobile, and independent in the home they love. That’s why we do what we do.
Being there for someone makes all the difference. Our team doesn’t just deliver a service—we build relationships. We listen, encourage, and work side-by-side with each person to support their goals and independence.
We understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home. That’s why our team shows up on time, communicates clearly, and always treats clients and families with kindness, dignity, and professionalism.
All our staff are qualified professionals with Australian credentials, National Police Checks, Working with Vulnerable People cards, and the necessary insurances—so you can feel confident and at ease.
Our team includes AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants who work together to support older adults to live safely and independently at home.
We understand the trust it takes to let someone into your space—or the space of someone you care for. That’s why we prioritise professionalism, respect, and clear communication—every visit, every time.
We take a person-centred approach to care, starting with what matters most to each individual. Whether it’s a simple equipment recommendation or a more complex home modification, our team tailors support to fit real goals and daily routines.
Our occupational therapists are experienced in working within Home Care Package funding guidelines. We provide clear, clinically justified reports and recommendations to support funding requests for assistive equipment, falls prevention strategies, and home modifications—ensuring everything aligns with current compliance requirements.
All staff hold relevant qualifications, current police checks, and meet national compliance standards for peace of mind.

You’re helping someone stay in the home they love, live life on their terms, and keep doing the things that matter most

Our team of qualified Physiotherapists and trained Allied Health Assistants work together to help older adults build strength, improve mobility, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.
We understand that staying active isn’t always easy as we age—but it’s essential for confidence, safety, and quality of life. That’s why we focus on more than just movement. We focus on meaningful movement—supporting each person to do the things that matter most to them.
Whether it’s walking safely through the home, getting to the shops with ease, managing household tasks with less effort, or reducing the risk of falls—our team tailors every session to individual goals and daily routines.
What sets our team apart is their empathy, patience, and genuine respect for the people they work with. We take the time to listen, to build trust, and to create a safe space where progress feels possible—at any age.
From 70 to 100 years old, our clients remind us every day: it’s never too late to move, grow, and feel stronger.
All therapists are fully qualified and insured, and our Allied Health Assistants are trained to deliver care under professional physiotherapy plans. We take a collaborative, person-centred approach that empowers each client to build strength and confidence—one step at a time.

You make a real impact on their independence, build meaningful relationships, and support functional goals that truly matter in daily life.

Our team of qualified physiotherapists and massage therapists provide gentle, hands-on treatment to older adults experiencing chronic pain, arthritis, neural pain, or age-related decline. Sessions are clinically justified and aligned with Home Care Package funding, targeting outcomes like improved circulation, reduced stiffness, increased range of motion, and greater ease with everyday movement.
The flow-on effects of pain relief are often life-changing—helping clients sleep better, walk more confidently, reduce falls, and feel more capable in their daily routines.
What sets our team apart is their empathy, experience, and calm presence. We take time to listen and tailor each session to support health, comfort, and independence in a meaningful way.
All therapists are fully qualified and insured, working within a collaborative, person-centred framework alongside physiotherapy and exercise programs. Together, we help reduce pain, support healing, and improve quality of life—one visit at a time.

Our Nail Care Therapy service provides essential, in-home support for older adults who are unable to safely manage their own nail care due to health conditions or limited mobility. This is not a cosmetic manicure—it's a clinically justified service that plays a key role in maintaining skin integrity, preventing complications, and supporting overall wellbeing and mobility.
In line with Section 9.2.1 of the Home Care Package (HCP) guidelines, nail care is considered a personal service and part of managing skin integrity. For individuals living with diabetes, arthritis, poor circulation, or reduced dexterity, regular nail care helps reduce the risk of skin tears, falls, and infections caused by overgrown or thickened nails.
Our qualified Allied Health Assistants are trained in evidence-based nail care techniques and follow sterilisation procedures that meet Australian standards. Each session includes safe trimming, filing of thick or chipped nails, and monitoring for changes in nail or skin health. When required, we refer to a podiatrist, GP, or nurse—ensuring care remains within scope and is always clinically appropriate.
What sets our team apart is their gentle, respectful approach and strong coordination with the broader healthcare and care management team. We work closely with families and care providers to support independence, reduce risks, and promote client comfort and safety—starting from the ground up.
