FAQs

Which pack is best for everyday tasks like reaching and grip?

The Daily Living Aids Pack is designed to support common daily routines—especially tasks that involve reaching, handling, and reduced dexterity.

Can I buy items individually?

Yes—shop individual aids, or choose a pack if you want a curated set for a specific goal.

Can these be funded through Support at Home (AT-HM)?

Possibly. AT-HM funding is for items on the AT-HM list where an assessed need is documented in the participant’s support plan, and is arranged through the Support at Home pathway/provider. We can supply quotes/invoices and product details to support the process.

Are these safe to use without a therapist?

Many items are designed to be low-risk and user-friendly. For items classed Under advice or Prescribed, professional advice (and for prescribed items, a qualified prescriber) may be required to ensure safe selection and use.

What are shipping times and returns?

Delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown at checkout. For returns, please refer to our returns policy or contact support.

Can a Care Manager order for a client?

Yes. Care Managers can order packs for clients and request supporting documentation where available. For Support at Home participants, ensure the item aligns to assessed need and the client’s support plan (and AT-HM list requirements where relevant).
