As we age our body goes through many physical changes. Aged related changes include reduced muscle strength and bone density, stiffer joints all affect mobility, balance and coordination leading to likelihood of increased falls. Reduced mobility impacts independence and ability to move about their own home or out doors.
Physiotherapy and Exercise will not stop the aging process it will help maintain current independence or even improve muscle strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and pain levels.
